These Terms and Conditions govern your use of brewcado.com and purchases made directly through the website from Brewcado Coffee (“Brewcado,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these terms before placing an order. By completing checkout and agreeing to these terms, you accept the terms applicable to your purchase. If you purchase through a separate marketplace or event organizer, that provider’s terms may also apply.

To place an order, you must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the purchase.

You agree to provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information. If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your login information and notifying us of unauthorized use.

We sell coffee and other products identified on the website. Please review each product’s description, size, format, and available options before ordering.

Coffee is an agricultural product, and natural variations in flavor and appearance may occur. Tasting notes describe sensory characteristics and do not necessarily indicate added ingredients. Please refer to product ingredient information for actual ingredients.

Product photographs are illustrative. Packaging may change, but we will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Products are subject to availability. We may change or discontinue products, but this will not remove your rights concerning an accepted order.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other mandatory charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be authorized through an available checkout method. Payment services may be provided by third parties under their own terms.

Prices may change for future purchases. If a material pricing or product error affects your order, we will contact you before fulfillment so you can choose whether to proceed with the correction or cancel for a refund. We will not impose an additional charge without your authorization.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt confirms that we received your order; acceptance occurs when we send a fulfillment confirmation or dispatch the products.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment authorization, suspected fraud, or an inability to fulfill it. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and associated charges.

Available delivery destinations, shipping charges, and estimated processing times will be disclosed before purchase. For coffee roasted to order, the stated processing time includes roasting and preparation before shipment.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you need to correct it. If an address error you provided results in additional delivery costs, we will explain those costs and obtain your agreement before charging them.

Carrier delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. If your order is missing, damaged, or significantly delayed, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

For shipments covered by applicable merchandise-order laws, we will ship within the stated shipment time or, when no shipment time is stated, within the legally required period. If we cannot do so, we will provide the required delay notice and cancellation or refund options. We will obtain consent to a delay where required.

Where offered, pickup and local delivery options, locations, fees, and estimated timing will be shown before purchase or confirmed directly with you.

Please wait for pickup confirmation before traveling to the collection location. If you cannot collect your order at the agreed time, contact us to discuss available arrangements.

Any special cancellation or collection conditions for prepared drinks or other perishable items will be disclosed before purchase.

Order cancellations: Contact coffee@brewcado.com as soon as possible to request cancellation or an order change. We will accommodate requests when reasonably possible before roasting, preparation, or dispatch. This does not limit cancellation rights provided by law.

Coffee and other food products: Because these products are consumable, we do not accept change-of-mind returns of opened coffee or food products. For unopened products, our change-of-mind policy is: [Insert whether returns are accepted, the deadline, and applicable conditions].

Return process: Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions and the correct return address. Do not send returns to an event or market location unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Return costs: We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for products supplied incorrectly or found to be defective or damaged when delivered. For change-of-mind returns, [Insert who pays return shipping and whether original shipping charges are refundable, subject to applicable law].

Discounts and promotions are subject to the eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and other conditions displayed with the offer. Offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

Changes to a promotion will not affect discounts already applied to an accepted order.

Market appearances and event details may change because of weather, organizer decisions, or other circumstances. Check the Events page and any linked organizer information before traveling.

These terms do not establish ticketing or refund conditions for independently operated events. Any paid event or service sold directly by Brewcado will have its applicable conditions disclosed before purchase.

You may use the website for lawful browsing, inquiries, and purchases. You must not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, interfere with website operation, submit fraudulent orders, or use contact forms to send unlawful or abusive material.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the website. Restrictions do not remove rights relating to legitimate purchases.

Website content, branding, photographs, and other materials belong to Brewcado or its licensors unless otherwise identified.

You may view and print content for personal, noncommercial use. Other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and the website available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or security.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or purchases.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury where liability cannot be limited, or any obligation, warranty, or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by Texas law and applicable federal law, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.

Please contact coffee@brewcado.com first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. This request does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or pursuing available remedies.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively. Purchases remain subject to the version accepted when the order was placed unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
